This March, Square One’s seasonal menu takes a contemporary approach to the timeless allure of French and Vietnamese cuisine. Guided by the unique essence of our meticulously sourced ingredients, our chefs have curated two exhilarating five-course menus, each dish a masterpiece in its own right to entertain the taste buds of discerning guests.
Paralleled to the French decadence exemplified in beef tartare adorned with eggplant chips and pickled asparagus, shaved calamari with sea urchin bisque, guinea fowl dressed in pumpkin and chicken jus, pineapple lemongrass sorbet, and baba using Vanilla infused rum; Vietnamese delicacies offer a contrasting yet equally captivating experience with yellowtail fish tartar, lobster & sweet corn risotto, charcoal grilled flank steak marinated in five spices, avocado ice cream, and xu xoa – Vietnamese jelly with ginger pandan syrup.
