Marie-Charlotte was destined to work with wine, as her grandfather was an avid wine collector who would share his expertise with Marie when she was a young girl. Years later, Marie achieved a diploma in Wine from France and then she spent 5 years working for Micheline Star chef Alain Duccasse in both London and Paris. Marie joined Park Hyatt Saigon as Hotel Sommelier where she enjoys helping guests to discover new wines.
