SMOKED NEGRONI

 Invented at Caffe Casoni in Italy in 1919, Negroni has transformed into a chic new drink from its quiet classic version.

Ingredients:
3 cl gin
3 cl martini rosso
3 cl Campari
Dash homemade orange bitter
Lemongrass
Orange peel

Preparation:
1. Pour gin, campari and sweet vermouth into an old fashioned glass with ice and stir
2. Cut a lemongrass stick by half and prepare an orange peel
3. Add one drop of orange bitter, garnish with lemongrass and twist the orange peel

SPICY SPRITZ

One of popular rituals, The Spritz is undoubtedly the most wanted aperitif in Italy.

Ingredients:
4 cl aperol
8 cl prosecco
Splash of soda water
4 pcs sliced cucumber
Vietnamese hot chili
Cam, Cucumber

Preparation:
1. Place the fresh sliced cucumber and chili into the glass and muddle gently with soda water
2. Add ice cubes, Aperol and prosecco and stir all the ingredients
3. Garnish with a cam wedge, cucumber and Vietnamese chili
