Celebrating the spirit of the season is Opera’s motto to bring out the best quality in every dish. From now until 31 December, Chef Rodolfo has dreamed up a new seasonal four-course menu, including Wagyu beef tartar, Hokkaido scallops with chestnut velouté, Tagliatelle pasta tossed with white truffle, and gently-cooked US beef short ribs with root vegetables and pickled mustard, for a truly authentic journey into the heart of Italian cuisine.
