This August, join us on a nostalgic culinary trip to explore some of the best traditional Northern flavours, from the crunchy layers of swimmer crab fried spring roll with its juicy hint of fresh crab meat, to the aromatic sea grouper pan fried in herbs which is second to none. In addition, there are three types of Hanoi-inspired sauces being served as part of this special menu.

La Vong grilled fish pie
Pan-fried black grouper, turmeric, dill, spring onion, fresh rice noodle
Ha Noi young green rice pudding
Sweet mung bean, young green rice, coconut sorbet
