MEET OUR NEW FRENCH CHEF DE CUISINE - ADRIEN GUENZI
Originally from Lyon, France, Chef Adrien fell in love with cooking in early childhood, fascinated by all the preparation of his family gathering. Growing up, he knew that the best way to satisfy his love for food was to learn from the masters. Throughout his journey, he has worked with various great chefs; in particular, Mr Emmanuel Renault, a French, 3-star Michelin chef, and the world-renowned best chef, Mr Pierre Gagnaire, both of whom sharpened Adrien’s passion for food and influenced his culinary style.
With a rich portfolio of knowledge and experience gained from working with the world’s top Michelin chefs, Adrien now joins Park Hyatt Saigon as the Chef de cuisine, running Square One - French Kitchen and bringing the world of French gastronomy to the diner’s table.
