Spicy and Complex VND 280,000 PROVENCE NEGRONI Beefeater gin, Provence tea sous vide, sweet vermouth, homemade bergamot liquor, orange bitters. This time the classic Negroni gets a floral twist. Provence tea marries the sweet vermouth which is combined with gin and homemade bergamot liquor to create a unique harmony. Balanced and Floral VND 260,000 SAIGON WAKE-UP Havana 7Y, caramel and toffee tea, espresso ristretto, frangelico, vanilla essence. The complexity of aged rum meets the sharp aromas of caramel toffee infused black tea and espresso coffee. Frangelico and vanilla add a luscious finish. Nutty and Sweet VND 340,000 EARL GREY MARTINI Belvedere vodka, Earl Grey tea, maple syrup, homemade herbal bitter. A light yet smoky martini created by combining Earl Grey tea, vodka and maple syrup.
