Chosen as the muse of this month’s special menu at Opera, Tartufo Bianco is the king of Tuscan truffles, also known as the “noble” truffle. Acclaimed for its wonderful flavour and extremely pleasant aroma, it’s time to turn your plate into a luxury culinary fair with the slightly garlicky with a deep musky aroma of this acclaimed creature, providing the very earthy, pungent and deliciously funky. White truffles are available for separate purchase per gram upon request and can be added to each selected dish in this special menu.
