Chef Frederic joins the team with over 30 years experience working in Pastry. Having graduated with a CAP Patissier Chocolatier Glacier Confiseur Diplomat in France, Frederick worked in Cannes followed by Switzerland, which marked the start of his expat journey. Since then, Frederick has gained valuable experience working in over 10 different countries. He joins the team from Park Hyatt Moscow.
