Designed by internationally acclaimed designer, Super Potato, this contemporary Vietnamese restaurant features five themed show kitchens complemented by an outdoor terrace, wine bar and four private dining rooms. The kitchen themes and specialties include:
• The Grill: The finest meats cooked to perfection on an island charcoal grill
• Vietnamese Grill, Steam & Wok: Simple and authentic seafood prepared Vietnamese style
• Appetiser & Seafood Counter: Local and imported seafood on ice, and more…
• Dessert Kitchen: Home-made ice-cream and delicious sweets baked on-site
• Juice & Tea Station: Blended juices, sweet beverages and Vietnamese tea
In addition, the bar at Square One showcases a selection of fine wine, Champagne and refreshing cocktails mixed with exotic tropical fruits to add to the dining experience. The wine selection is displayed in a floor-to-ceiling wine case in the bar, featuring more than 500 bottles of international wines.
